Welcome to Queens City Cleaning. By accessing or using our website (www.queenscitycleaning.com) or booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Queens City Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The details of the services provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking and a list of the services included will be depicted in the Welcome Letter sent through your email. The services included are subject to change with notice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: You may book our services through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept Zelle, Cashapp, or credit cards.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the service location and any specific cleaning requirements.

• The client must ensure access to the premises during the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the location, a missed service fee of $50 will apply.

• Valuable or fragile items should be stored securely. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly stored.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will work to address your concerns.

5. Liability and Damages

• We are insured for liability coverage related to our services.

• While we exercise care in handling your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues related to wear and tear.

• In the event of damage caused by our staff, you must report it within 24 hours, and we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during the course of service will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] https://www.queenscitycleaning.com/privacypolicy We recollect your phone number during SMS registration to send you updates about your appointment and services to opt out of receiving SMS messages you can reply STOP to any message you receive from us or contact us for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Users can expect to receive reminders about their appointments, with an estimate of two messages weekly. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if the client breaches these terms or if safety concerns arise during service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with state laws.
