WHY SHOULD I TRUST QUEENS CITY CLEANING WITH MY HOME?

Not only is our company insured and bonded but all our employees have had background checks and have over 20 years of experience. We have a 100% customer satisfaction with cleaning technicians who care about your home as if it were theirs. Our employees not only have the experience but also the right attitude which is a demanded quality at Queens City Cleaning. We have a very responsive team of customer service and you can count on them to answer any questions you may have. We go the extra mile for our customers and include items in our cleaning packages that you may not find with other companies. If it's not on our list, feel free to ask!

THIS IS MY FIRST CLEANING, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Every company works different so after scheduling a date for your cleaning with one of our customer service rep. you should receive a welcome letter which explains how our company works and what to expect. You should also receive a reminder a week before your cleaning and 2 days before to assure your cleaning date. If you have any additional questions not answered in our letter feel free to contact our 24 hour customer service.

WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION POLICY?

We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. We always ask our customers to do walk-through at the end of their cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction. In the case of a customer being unavailable at the time of the cleaning our policy is anything noticed within the 48-hour window after their cleaning will be taken into our accountability and we will return to touch up any areas missed until the customer is satisfied.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES AFTER MY QUOTE OR WILL THE PRICE CHANGE?

There are no extra fees in your cleaning unless our cleaners are asked for something not initially included. We encourage all our customers to visit our cleaning package page to see what is included in their cleaning and in order to avoid confusions at the time of payment. We, however, will NEVER add anything to your cleaning without consulting you with the additional charge for it first.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit or debit card in the form of an online payment to your email. We also accept Cash app, or Zelle. We do not accept cash and checks.

AM I ALLOWED TO TIP THE CLEANERS?

Yes tips are always appreciated! You can either give it to your cleaners cash, or you can add it to your invoice or form of payment.

CAN I INDEPENDENTLY HIRE A CLEANER?

Our cleaners are employed by us and we do have a contract stating our cleaners are not allowed to independently be contracted by homeowners, any customer contracting cleaners employed by us are subjected to a fine up to $1000. If you prefer an employee and would like them back please let us know, and we can definitely accommodate you and set that employee to be your regular cleaner.
